In October I went and did a social function at the Sign Bar in East Austin. This is a bar that has old signs of businesses that have closed in Austin. Since this was more of a social function and not so much about photography I brought my Nikon D7000 and used my Nikon 17-55 2.8 lens. This camera and lens I don’t worry about getting damaged since they are not worth that much. The 17-55 was a thousand dollars when I bought it 12 years ago and is now worth about 350 dollars. The D7000 is worth about 200 dollars. Here are some random snaps I did. I mostly used the Jpegs and a few raws when I needed more dynamic range.
